Customer submitted photos are the best. We often talk about business going above and beyond, but it is great to have customers go above and beyond.
We treat over 700 area ponds in Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio. That is a lot of water! The heat of the summer sun, the constant smell of fish, blue hands & feet can start to ware on our techs. It is encouraging words and pictures from our customers that keep us going. Thanks for taking the time to notice our hard work and to send in these photos and call in with praise.
We also want to let all of our customers know that we hand out “Smile Awards” to our techs. A “Smile Award” is given when a Pond Champs customer calls in with a positive remark or praise about one of our techs. When the customer calls in with positive feedback we post a note next to the time clock encouraging others to provide great service and the tech is given a small monetary bonus for each customer that calls in. While we love praise and encouragement, let us know if there is an area we need to work on. We will do the best we can to accommodate all of our customers needs.
